Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

ARB Farms accepts return requests for eligible products within **7 days** of package receipt. Requests submitted beyond this window cannot be accommodated.

2. Dairy & Perishable Exclusions

For public health and food safety reasons, fresh dairy items (specifically Cow Milk, Buffalo Milk, and Goat Milk) are **exempt from returns or refunds** once dispatched. If you receive spoiled milk due to courier delays, contact support immediately at our WhatsApp hotline for a direct replacement dispatch or credit.

3. Seed Purity & Germination Claims

We guarantee high-germination rates (exceeding 90%) for our sowing crop seeds under correct soil and watering practices. If you observe germination failures:

Please document the sowing process and soil parameters.
Submit photos of the crop patch within 14 days of planting.
We will review and issue replacement seed batches for validated claims.

4. Packaging Seals

Edible seeds, Desi Ghee, Honey, and Achaar jars are only eligible for refund if they are returned **unopened, with the original security seals intact** and packaging undamaged.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for booking return courier shipments to our main hub in Multan. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund settlements are processed via EasyPaisa or bank transfer within 5 business days after our farm quality check team inspects the returned package.
