1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting our website or ordering agricultural crop seeds/dietary foods, you agree to comply with the terms defined herein.

2. Agricultural Warranties & Disclaimer

While ARB Farms guarantees high-germination ratios for sowing seeds, actual crop yields depend on farming inputs, regional soil parameters, sowing depth, irrigation cycles, and climate conditions. ARB Farms is not liable for crop failures due to negligence, natural disasters, or insect infestations.

3. Verification Procedures

We reserve the right to verify order credentials prior to package dispatch. Our farm support admins will contact customers on their mobile numbers to confirm order details. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled within 48 hours.

4. Payment Terms (50% Advance, 50% After Delivery)

Orders require a 50% advance payment via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer, with the remaining 50% paid upon delivery. Failure to settle the final payment upon delivery will result in permanent blacklisting of the customer's mobile number and delivery address from future transactions.
